My employer, VUEWorks, LLC, had been using the default Zendesk theme for quite some time and we decided it needed an upgrade. After reviewing several different companies that offered custom themes, we had narrowed it down to two. Customer Support Theme and “Company B“. We sent an email to both companies requesting a demo and where Company B responded in about 48 hours, Customer Support Theme responded within an hour. Before the day was out, we had access to a live demo of one of the themes we were interested in. We then provided Customer Support Theme with all of our company branding and requirements for the site and within 24 hours, they had a functional demo of our actual site, up and ready to use. It needed very minor changes to which they accommodated almost immediately. When the time came to do the purchase and installation, it was all done simply and smoothly. We paid on their website with no hassles at all and they worked with our time zone difference so it didn’t disrupt our work day. I cannot speak more highly for how professional and responsive Customer Support Theme has been for us. The value of their work and services far exceed the minimal cost we paid for our wonderful site.
